Started in the business in 1988 at the Atlantic City Hilton, worked various front service jobs eventually moving up the ladder to Senior Casino Host. In 1998 took the position of Director of Player Development with Kerzner International, representing the Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas and Resorts in Atlantic City, NJ, based in Atlantic City, NJ. Relocated to Atlanta, GA in 2000 and promoted to Executive Director of Player Development to open the Atlanta Branch office. Promoted to Vice President of Player Development in 2002 based on the success of the Atlanta Office. Relocated to the Ft. Lauderdale office in 2005. Accepted an opportunity with Caesars Corporate Ft. Lauderdale Office in 2011 as Regional Director of Player Development. Was hired by the Seminole Tribe of Florida in 2012 as Director of Player Development to help establish the all-new Seminole Coconut Creek as one of the premier casinos in South Florida.

Started working in the Casino Business February 4, 1982 at the Sands Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Have Worked in Atlantic City, New Orleans, Bahamas, Puerto Rico, and in addition, have taken Players to the finest casinos in the Gulfport, Aruba, Las Vegas, London, and Monte Carlo. Enjoy all Cultures and developing relationships with customers worldwide including, Brazil, Argentina, Columbia, Mexico, London, Italy, France and the Orient. Began working for the Seminole Casino Coconut Creek exactly 30 years later on the Grand Opening of the new Property February 4, 2012.

Hailing from Slovakia Robert first came to America in 1997 making landfall in New york. WIth a move to Mississippi, he then came to Florida in 1998 breaking into the casino business with Sun Cruz Casino boats. Robert opened the Seminole Casino Coconut Creek as a CSR in 2000 and is now an Executive Casino Host.

I am the mother of one daughter,I have been in the business for 12 years, started out in hotels, then 5 years ago move to the marketing I have a bubbly personally, love meeting new people, doing new event, enjoying reading books.

My free time is spent with family, especially my daughter who makes my world go round. I enjoy shooting pool, and socializing with friends. I always keep a positive outlook and am very passionate about my work. I find it extremely rewarding to take care of people just by being myself.

Barbara moved to this area from the Gulf Coast of Florida and joined the team at Seminole Casino, Coconut Creek as a Casino Host. Barbara has been a Host for over seven years. During the time that Barbara has been at Coconut Creek she has bult a strong relationship with the guests and is commited to helping make their time here a "fun" experience.
